Content and scope of the assignment:
Project RUFUS aims to review and implement new processes, system support and suppliers for a number of areas within HR and production for PostNord Sweden.
The test leader we are looking for will lead the test work in one of the projects with support from the program's appointed test leader. The person will report to the Technical Project Manager in one of the projects.
The tasks include the following:
Develop, document and implement the test strategy and test plan for the sub-project salary and ensure that selected tools, models and methods are in line with Postnord's governing documents in testing.
Identify and plan necessary test resources.
Ensure the test environment and test data required for the different test phases
Coordinate and run the test work within the sub-project salary, and coordinate the work with the test manager within the Rufus program, test staff and a number of external suppliers
Have an ongoing close dialogue with the IT project manager, program management, subprojects and Postnord's stakeholders in testing
Report progress and escalate if necessary. problems to the IT project manager
Monitor that errors are corrected and tested
Approved by the IT / operations
Gradually improve the test work within the subproject, document reflections and make recommendations going forward
The person will report to the project manager's salary in Rufus.
Execution of the assignment:
Full-time at PostNord's head office in Solna (alternatively from a distance across Teams with regard to PostNord's current policy regarding corona).
Result (delivery requirement):
Test plan based on program Rufus test leader's test strategy
End-to-end tests performed
Test environments and test data for the different test phases identified and secured
Progress in the various test phases secured
Test final report produced
Knowledge transfer
The project is carried out fully integrated with PostNord and competence transfer therefore takes place on an ongoing basis on a daily basis.
All documentation is handed over to PostNord on an ongoing basis and after completion of delivery.
PostNord reserves the right to use any structural capital generated both during and after the completion of the project.
Documentation:
All deliverables are documented in accordance with formats agreed with PostNord.
Requirements: Education and experience:
Fluent knowledge of Swedish and English, in both speech and writing
At least 3 years' experience of test assignments with similar tasks
Experience of working in HR-plus 8, e.g. as test leader, system administrator or equivalent roles.
The understanding of both IT and business perspectives
Good ability to navigate complex, large organizations with many stakeholders
Good ability to work together by being responsive and communicating in a constructive way
Driving, pragmatic and structured person with high drive and the ability to make things happen through commitment, innovation and solution focus
