Background

In People Operations Transformation we have the need for help in aligning our teams working in the program - both nontechnical and technical.

The transformation program is just started, and we are in the process of aligning global templates together with the countries, in order to formalize the work that will be performed by the different teams.

The scope of the consultant services is to assist IKEA in

We need to support the work in our different teams and how we use Jira.

Everything from the setup in Jira to the reporting perspective and then also how we track progress in our PMO, the Transformation Design Capability.

We also need to align with the Ingka Digital Roadmap and how we practically aid the process of prioritising between transformational and line activities.

The consultant will be placed in the digital discipline, in which the responsibility lies for all digital activities in the transformation.

Desired knowledge, experience, competence, skills etc

We are looking for you that are well versed in agile methodologies, with experience from:

· Scrum

· Kanban

· Lean

You need to have excellent skills in working with Jira, preferably also with advanced roadmaps.

If you are experienced in working with OKRs, this is a big bonus.

Fluent in English, written as well as spoken. With the ability to facilitate meetings in an effective way, both digitally as well as on location.
