Background

The Recruitment & Sourcing Product Team is looking for a new team member to support with running business and owning the new initiatives. 

We are looking for someone with the ability to combine business and IT knowledge. 

A problem solver, self-starter who can communicate with several stakeholders and perform multi-tasking

The scope of the consultant services is to assist IKEA in

Analyze, Communicate and Coordinate needs from business stakeholders and Plan their implementation in co-ordination with Engineering team in sprints

Manage expectations among stakeholders by leading communication and understanding of business requirements

Support the Product Owner in tactical decision making with analysis results and insights from the available product suite

Close alignment with SaaS vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of stakeholders needs/requirements and close follow-ups on pending requirements/issues

Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies and provide inputs to improve the deliverables and end-user experience
